Help finding Raynor part #41A5021-D

I'm trying to source parts for my GD opener. The only number I'm finding on it is: 41A5021-D. When I search this I come up with Sears, Chamberlain or Lift Master. The unit is about 15yrs old. The unit is a Raynor Pilot 1/2 HP chain drive. I suspect I need to replace the board but want to make sure I'm able to purchase the correct part.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The part number you mention (41A5021-D) is the part number of the logic board. That is the number to search for when looking for a new board.

Thank you for the reply Brian. The number is superseded to 41A5021-I. Also found out it's actually manufactured by Chamberlain and sold under many different labels.
