There doesn't seem to be any exposed bolts, screws or nails. There is very liitle room to slide out (or in) a new piece of weatherstripping so I'd rather just remove entire seal. Is this possible/ The YouTube videos I saw showed bolts on inside of door but mine does not have any visible.
