I have an old raynor 110-7 model and my one button wall unit was working intermittently. I took it apart to check connections but was unable to reassemble properly. Is there any where I can get assembly schematic for the one button wall mount? It appears to be simple enough, just a spring and a copper cap, but I'm unable to get this to work again. Any help is appreciated.

You would be better off just replacing the button. You can find the button here or just use any non-illuminated doorbell button.

I have a Raynor M-170-7. Always worked perfect. Recently opened it ok, when pushed button to close nothing. Unit has power but noticed sender sensor has green light, receiver sensor has NO LIGHT.
Do the sensors go bad? All wire connections appear OK.

Yes the sensors can go bad. Unfortunately the R170 openers usually used the PEC-R4 sensors which are no longer available and there are no replacements available. Look at the wires coming out of each sensor - if there's 2 wires coming out of each sensor then you have the PEC-R4 sensors.

I have PEC-R3 sensors. Is there a replacement?
Also, would a bad sensor cause the motor and whole unit not to operate?

The operator should open the door if you press and release the wall button but if you have to hold your finger on the wall button to close the door then the the sensors are bad (or out of adjustment). The original PEC-R3 sensors are no longer available but there are replacements available here. You'll have to install new mounting brackets (which are included) but the wire plugs on the ends are the same and will plug into the existing wires.
