raynor pilot adjustment Empty raynor pilot adjustment

Post  web Tue Feb 01, 2011 8:08 pm

raynor pilot - two garage doors in building ate the gears - installed a new set of gears, door went down perfectly, started up and stopped approx. 6" up. if i got it up, it would then only come down approx. 6" and stop. local installer said to try an rpm board. installed an rpm/interupter, door now closes, then starts to open approx. 6" and stops. if i get it up, it will then go down approx. 6" and stop. unlatch the door and it makes a normal run. is it now completley in the adjustment of pressure switches and top bottom limits?

You could try adjusting the sensitivity. If that doesn't work then I would try replacing the limit assembly.
