    Electricity is getting inside and jumping  external connections doesn't do anything.  Since the light doesn't work,
    it seems like it would be something close to the AC input .  Would it be a relay or the big capacitor?
    70's Sears.

    Like the Youtube video, there was a bad solder connection on the circuit board.  It also showed some excessive hit in 1 area
