I recently purchased a home and the previous owner did not leave the pin for the keypad and neither of the remotes worked. I tried to clear the memory on the keypad in an attempt to create my own pin but it did not work. I not sure where to go from here any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a Marantec M3-2312 Remote and a M3-631 Keyless (click here to see the parts I've mentioned) then you'll need a Programming Connector to transfer the code from the remote to the keyless. But first you'll have to program your remote. You can find a video here on programming the remote. You'll have to program the remote by using the buttons on the powerhead (I believe it's near the end of the video).
