The LED bulbs I have installed inside my home are causing interference with my Liftmaster Opener and not allowing it to open unless I have them turned off. So I have to come into a dark house. Anyone know a fix for this besides changing the type of bulbs?

Standard LED bulbs and CFL (compact fluorescent lights) have been known to cause interference with garage door operators.
Here is a picture of a typical CFL bulb:
Genie has an LED light bulb that is designed not to interfere with garage door operators. Perhaps installing a few of these that are closest to your garage door operator will help? There's really nothing you can do to the garage door operator. You need to eliminate the interference which in your case is the LED bulbs that you're using.
