Hi. My folks have a rental house that has a very old Sears garage door opener, model # 139.655000. The opener still works great. Unfortunately one of the previous tenants took the OEM remote with them. My dad got this Chamberlain universal remote, but I'm struggling getting it programmed.
I found the dip switches inside the wall button box, and there are dip switches inside the Chamberlain remote. I tried matching them up in a couple different ways, but nothing worked. Does anyone know how to program this per the pictures, or can anyone point me to a site that might help, please?
If I can't get this, we'll probably get a new opener. I just hate discarding a perfectly fine opener. I'd also appreciate any other thoughts. Hopefully the images below come through. If not, I'll try reposting them.
Thank you very much.
Frank
