need help resetting wireless entry code Raynor openor

Have a Raynor Pilot with wireless keyless entry pad. Forgot the code and can't figure out how to reset to factory default or re-program. Any help is appreciated.

I Have a Raynor R170-7 with wireless key-less remote. I need help changing the combination.The remote has a set of dip switches. I thought for sure I'd find a like set on the unit. But did not. Any help is appreciated.

Need to know what make/model of radio receiver is attached to your operator. If you take the radio receiver off (most likely it's mounted on the back of the powerhead) and look on the back of the receiver you'll see the info printed there.

It does not have a model number. It is a Raynor. The part # is 500RGD and the D.O.C cert # is K842. Does this help?

Yes that helps. The model is 500RGD. On the front of the receiver there should be a small "door" (maybe 1.5"x4") that can be popped off with a screwdriver. Look inside and you should see a small (about the size of a pencil eraser) button...this is the program button. To program the keyless you'll need to press and release the program button in the receiver then punch in your 4 digit code on the keyless and press enter. That's about it....
