If I hit the wall button, garage door will open normally.
But, while it is raising, I cannot get any response when I hit wall button to stop / reverse it.
Door opens all the way. Then it is stuck open. If I unplug and re-plug it in, and hit wall switch, it will lower all the way. While lowering I can stop and reverse it by hitting the button, but it will return to fully open and be stuck open. If I lower door all the way, it will open all the way after that, but will be stuck open again, until I unplug and replug in.
Is this a problem that I can repair or do I need a new unit?
Thanks in advance, Dave
