    There are many internet posts relating to lubricating the opener chain. However, I remember reading somewhere that the chain is treated with a special tacky lubricant that is "cooked" into the chain. The owner shouldn't add any additional lubricants. Does anyone have a manufacturer's opener service manual that specifically recommends periodic chain lubrication?
