Chamberlain chain tension Empty Chamberlain chain tension

    Post  jcook2070 Wed Apr 08, 2020 1:18 pm

Just replaced the motor and adjusted the chain tension but something seems off. The side of the chain that has the bolt adjustment isn’t too tight and I can easily move it with my finger. On the other side of the T-rail the tension on the chain is really tight. Loosening up the bolt side doesn’t really change the tension on the opposite side. I really don’t want to break the sprocket because one side is too tight. Any thoughts? Thanks
