Pole Barn Door Opener

Hello.  I have a pole barn w/ a 14' ceiling.  One of my garage doors that I want to put an opener on is an 8' x 16'.  The problem is that the door goes up about 4' before it reaches the radius in the track to begin it's horizontal movement.  I was going to purchase a normal residential opener, but then I began to wonder how it would work with a door like this.  Would it, or do I need something special/different?  Hopefully the pictures will do a better job describing my question!  I had to shrink them to 400 x 250 to be able to upload them, so I hope you can still make them out.

Well, I did find my answer.  Since I have a high lift door, I need a jackshaft-style lifter, like the LiftMaster 8500.
