Hello,
My father has a Liftmaster garage door, about 7-10 years old.
The other day, when opening it. The door caught the reverse sensor and pulled it off the wall and broke it.
He ordered new sensors, and we installed them.
Aligned the sensors but no lights on the senors at all.
The display on the wall control says there is still an issue with the reverse sensors.
I'm trying to remember how it was wired. I believe we did the 2 stripped wires to Grey and 2 solids to white.
We did whatever the instructions said to do.
Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?
Or any troubleshooting steps to try and figure it out?
