What are the pros and cons of 2 vs 4 EXTENSION springs. Not alot of info on the web.
steel insulated Door is 16 x7 and 220 lbs. heated garage
Door is used alot cyceled 5-10 times a day. and been using 2 red 250 lb springs on it . In twenty years Ive replaced springs twice.
I just had a spring break and was able to put and old one on there till I order new ones. My neighbor suggested I put 4 110lb springs on as his fathers house has them this way.
do smaller springs allow more or less cycles?
