    Hey people, my door only goes about a foot up then stops. This is with keypad and remote. I have to cycle it down then cycle up and manually help lift it up. If I quit pushing up, it stops. If I hold the cycle button on the inside, it will go up. But I have to keep the button depressed. Help plz.

    You're opener might have problems, if it's not the opener, then try to check your spring or cables. I recommend to ask for professional consultation to avoid major damage or accident.
