Out of the blue my Genie intellicode h4000a started to malfunction it will go up with both the remote in the wall switch but it will not go down
I disconnected the trolley and it still won't go down
Safety beams appear to be working both lights are on and when I brake the beam the red light flashes
I tried increasing the downforce with no change
The limit switches appear to be fine and I tried unplugging the down limit switch with no change
The red light that flashes codes on the motor unit is not illuminated
I inspected both of the circuit boards and I don't see anything burnt on either
I can open the door manually without any kinds of restrictions
I'm stuck
