    I have a Chamberlain access master garage door opener.  The remote garage door opener will not work unless the opener itself is physically touching the purple antenna cord on the garage door opener itself.

    Please let me know how I can fix this, or what I need to do.

    Change the battery in the remote and make sure no LED bulbs are used in the garage and the opener itself
