When the weather gets hot, 90+, my garage door needs help to open. It will open about 8 inches withe the remote. I have to pull up on the outside handle while pressing the remote to open. If i hold the button down on the inside wall button, it opens as long as the button is pressed. Pulled the release and check it ot would cycle without the door weight and it does not make a difference. Any help?
