Thought I posted this but maybe not. So here goes again. I have a vintage Sears opener about 30 years old. The sensors are the kind that have the green light on both. I've tried everything to get them aligned including using a laser pointer to help. The best I can get is very rapid flashing on the receiving sensor. Then a few seconds later, without touching anything, the light just goes out. Cursory inspection of the wiring looks pretty good so I'm starting to suspect bad sensor(s). Interestingly the sensors on the other garage door, the one that works, are pointed essentially right at the garage door. Thoughts?
Thanks, Chris
