    Hi all, thanks for reading my question.

    I have a Liftmaster 398LM Wall Control Panel, a model 3585S Garage Door opener, and a Holovision 201 Entry keypad.

    I have a problem I am wondering if someone knows the solution to, or at least can direct me who could solve it for me (garage door installer, general electrician, etc.)

    When the keypad is used to open the garage door with a code, from outside the garage, the Wall Control Panel will lose its time - it goes to 12:00 AM and blinks, like it has briefly lost power.

    Is this an easy fix for me? Thank you for your time!

    Check the wiring between your LiftMaster wall control panel and the opener for loose or frayed connections. Ensure the Holovision keypad isn't causing power dips when used. Try resetting the panel by disconnecting and reconnecting it. If the issue persists, you can opt for professional garage door service.
