    My wall unit quit and I ordered a replacement but the tech is old for the newer cars, so I'd like to get a updated version or another brand that would work with this unit. Has anyone used a different wall mount opener than the 888lm for their 8500? Any momentary contact opener should work as it opens and closes by just touching the 2 control wires together with the controller disconnected. Seems that any brand would work ...?
