    I am installing 3 liftmaster jack shaft openers 2 are 8500 and one 3800 have ran seperate line and outlets within 6 feet but on 3rd one its in finished garage closest power 10 feet away instructions say
    must be within 6 feet

    You can use a heavy duty extension cord but it's not the best situation. You should probably also put surge protectors on the ends of all of opener power cords.
