Torsion Spring Question/Guidance

I have 2 single vehicle garage doors installed 5 years ago.   Each door has 1 torsion spring.   Only 1 doors spring broke. Is there a recommendation to replace them on both doors at the same time because they were installed at the same time?  Or because one is used not as much, is it ok to wait.  I am leaning to having them both done together.  Any advice?

Even if there is only one damaged torsion spring, it is often a good idea to repair both at the same time. The wear and tear on both springs is the same because they were put simultaneously. If the doors are used in a similar way, the other spring is probably about to give out too. I believe that changing both springs will guarantee consistent functionality for your garage door.
