Can't Find The Learn Button

Greetings all and thanks for the support. 

I have two garage doors with different models. I don't know the manufacturer as it is labeled by the local vendor who installed the door.

I can't find the learn button which I need to program new smart opener with wifi feature.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the local dealer hidden any information can get in order to only able to program new key through him.
