I have a Raynor 150–7 garage door opener year 1992.  I just had a service man come out and tried to adjust it so it didn’t hit the floor and then bounce back each time and not stay closed. I watch him turn what I guess was an adjustment screw counterclockwise it didn’t help. Then I saw somewhere else that to keep the door from hitting the floor and bouncing up you turn the adjustment screw clockwise. What he did didn’t work. Will Turning it clockwise work? if this adjustment doesn’t work either way, what else can I do to keep the door from hitting the floor and bouncing back up? Thanks so much for your suggestions Rylan
