I have a liftmaster commercial opener for an 18x13 door. Someone hit the track with a tractor and tried to force the opener down afterward etc. So now, when the door is disconnect and I push the open button, the opener clicks but will not retract. However, when I push close, it will continue through the front of the building if I let it. I have readjusted the microswitch for the close position and it makes no difference on the closing, but the opener will do nothing to lift regardless of the adjustment of that microswitch. I am assuming a relay or whatever reverses the motor was burned out but I don't know how to test this. Anyone have an idea?
Thanks
Bill
