    marantec m4700e remote opens but won't close Empty marantec m4700e remote opens but won't close

    My marantec m4700e remote opens but won't close the door. Shows solid red light on remote when I press the button. Button on wall will both open and close the door. The green and red lights on sensor are both solid ( not flashing ). What could be wrong? Any help is much appreciated.
