I have looked all over the motor and I can't seem to locate the 9-position trinary DIP switches. I accidently moved my "remote" dip switches after buying a second remote. Now the old and new remotes are not the same as the actual door opener 160-7 .

    Please advise and thanks,

    Paul

The DIP switches aren't on the actual opener powerhead unit...they will be on the radio receiver or the receiver may have a Learn Button. The radio receiver is either attached to the back of the powerhead or in some cases it may be attached to the ceiling or wall.

If I knew what make & model of radio receiver you had it would be easier to help you but I'll do my best. If the receiver has DIP switches you may have to remove the receiver to see the switches on the back of the receiver. If the receiver has a Learn Button then there most likely a small cover on the front of the receiver that can be popped off with a screwdriver or a coin. Under the cover you should see a small program button.

    Hope this helps.
