Both my garage doors are crooked,  causing one side of each door to have a gap at the bottom. What info do I need to supply here to get an idea of where to start adjusting?

What I do know is that there's a Clopay EZ-set item that the braided cables feed in and out. I have electric openers attached to each door.

And yes, I typed "crooked" into the search, but there were no results....

... which I think is weird because I can't be the only one that this has happened to.

Kindly add some images or videos of your garage door to understand better. I also need other information like the specific Clopay EZ-set model, age of the door and opener.

Which part of the door is higher on each side? Is it the top hinge side, the middle part, or the bottom hinge side?
Do the cables seem loose or unevenly tensioned?
Do the hinges appear damaged or misaligned?
Do the doors ever make unusual noises while opening or closing?

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with the alignment and even gap of your garage doors. Based on the information you've provided, there are a few key things I would suggest looking into:

Clopay EZ-Set Item: This is likely the spring system that helps balance and tension the garage door. Proper adjustment of the spring tension is crucial for ensuring the door operates smoothly and maintains even alignment.
Electric Openers: The garage door openers can also impact the alignment if they are not properly installed or adjusted. Make sure the openers are mounted securely and centered on the door.
To get a better idea of where to start adjusting, I would need a bit more information:

What model/type of garage doors do you have? (e.g. sectional, roll-up, etc.)
Can you describe in more detail where exactly the gap is occurring on each door (top/bottom, left/right side)?
Are the doors binding or rubbing anywhere as they open and close?
Have the doors been adjusted or serviced recently?
With those additional details, I can provide more targeted guidance on the potential adjustment points to focus on - whether it's the spring system, opener alignment, or other components. Let me know if you can share any of that extra information, and I'd be happy to take a closer look and suggest some troubleshooting steps.
