Raynor model 170-7 will not close using remote. This intermittent problem started when the weather turned really cold. When the door has been opened, sometimes there is a relay clicking at the motor. It sounds like the electric eye relay but the electric eyes stay green. Holding the wall switch will close the door? Thanks.

There's definitely a problem with the safety sensors. It's likely one of the following problems: 1.) The sensors are dirty - clean the lens off with a damp cloth. 2.) The wires are either loose or corroded - check wires on end of sensors for corrosion and make sure the connections are tight at the powerhead. 3.) The sensors are misaligned - check alignment & make sure brackets haven't been bumped. 4.) The sensors have failed - replace both sensors.
