    We have a Genie Pro cm7600 ic/a.  It will not opens or close from the remote or the wall.  When we hit the button, it gives us two hums and the light flashes twice.  Any suggestions on what is wrong?

    We unplugged and plugged it back in.  It now still maes a quick 2 hums but no light blinking.
