I have a two Liftmaster 8365-267 garage openers installed. both mfg in Sept 2015. They both have the MyQ Wireless logo on the side. I tried to set up the units to connect to my wifi network but no ssid shows up for the units. I checked to Wifi strength using my phone app and have a decent connection and Bluetooth enabled. I also entering my serial number in the App and my serial number has more than 10 characters so it tells me its invalid.
I did some Googling on the model and I seen some with 8365W-267 which leads me to believe mine might not be wireless although the side of the unit indicates so.
Anyway, anyone have any ideas how I can get it to work using my phone app?
