    Having trouble with my Chamberlin model 41A5021-1E Security + opener. When returned home I activated the remote and the door wouldn't open. Upon inspection I'm finding the opener motor is rotating the wrong way, trying to close the door further when it's already down. Any advise will be appreciated.
