I replaced the gears in my Overhead Door Legacy opener. Now it goes up fine but the safety beam system blinks 4 red and will not go down. What did I mess up?

Take a picture of the powerhead so I know which model opener it is. If this link is relevant, input your motor a minute or two, plug it back in. Then reprogram the open/close limits, followed by setting the force limits.
