After 3 months, the built in camera suddenly stopped connecting to my Wi Fi and I no longer can get any video. I've tried resetting the modem, powering off the garage door opener unit, trying a new smartphone, and resetting the camera to no avail. I thought I'd manually enter the MAC address for the camera into my router, but don't see a separate MAC address for the camera (only the garage door opener itself, which works fine). Does anyone know where to find it? I've spent several hours with tech support and they say my router is blocking the camera connection, but I've not made any changes to my router. Anyone else having this issue?
