how do I repair bolts ripped out of door?Genie 2020L

I have 3 bolts that were ripped out of my hollow garage door where the J arm from the opener attaches to the door.

A can not put thicker bolts into the door because they have to pass through the metal plate on the arm that have pre drilled holes of a certain size.

I don't want to put a long bolt all the way through the door with a nut because the condo board would likely not approve that because how it would look on the outside.

Any suggestions?
Should I get some sort of anchors or maybe a product like JB Weld to permanently affix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it was just screwed into the inside steel with possibly no backer plate. Most polystyrene insulated double-sided doors will have a backer plate that goes from top to bottom in line with the hinges. Most polyurethane insulated doors only have a small backer where the hinge attaches or the whole width along the top and bottom of the section. Determining which type you have may help find a better anchoring point. You could also use an opener door bracket that can be purchased at a hardware store.
