    Genie screw drive.  NEW capacitor, NEW control board, NEW Opti-luctor wheel and sensor, NEW saf-t beams, NEW track switches.    Door will close with no issues. (while holding switch)    Door will only open several inches with one push of switch and if the switch is held it will only open 3/4 of the way       Door has no binding and moves within the track freely.   ANY IDEAS???????   Thanks.
