Are There any Universal Keypad Remotes that Operate at 312MHz?

Hello all, I have an old Overhead Door garage door opener that works fine. My wife would like to have a keypad remote on the outside so she can open the door without needing a key or her car (she like to go running and would rather not carry keys). My problem is that none of the universal keypad remotes I've found in the store or online operate at 312MHz, which is the frequency of my garage door remote.

Does anyone know of a keypad remote that works at 312MHz?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

PS, the opener is a 9 dip switch, three position (+, 0, -) unit.

Thanks for the reply. I found a unit called the Domino GD-1 that uses a hard-wired keypad to the inside opener button wires, so no wireless frequencies to worry about. Ordered it and awaiting delivery.
