I have two Chamberlin openers that are about eight years old. They won't close when the temperature is below 30F. I just figured the rails were tweaked a little bit from the cold. Releasing the door didn't help. The chain still wouldn't move. Troubleshooting the sensors, both have green lights and when I break the beam, they stay on. Breaking the beam will not cause one of the lights to go out. The doors worked all summer but I cannot say if the sensors were working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
