The photo eye trips each time I try to close the door. They are lined up correctly so I don't know what else to check. Is there a way to disconnect these?

Cant disconnect them. Are the eyes mounted to the tracks or the wood jamb? if they are mounted to the tracks are your tracks loose and moving enough to cause this? Do you have a wood door with a bridge strut on the bottom section? Sometimes with a wood door the bridge strut will obstruct the sensors, you may have to extend the brackets out from the wall a little. Also I like to adjust my eyes so that there is at least 3/4"-1" of play before they reach their threshold.
