    Marantec 1401 Empty Marantec 1401

    I have an older Marantec 1401 remote that needs replacing. It looks like I have to update to a 315 Mhz one with a receiver. It says the receiver plugs into an outlet and is wired to the push button switch. I don't have an outlet near the pushbutton switch so how would this work to get this different Mhz remote to work with the 40 mhz 1401? Any and all help appreciated!
