I recently bought a new house and a new garage opener was installed prior to closing. Left at the house by the selling realtor was the new garage remote and directions from gargedoorzone.com on how to sync the remote with the opener. After following the directions, everything does as it's supposed to until the last step where the light on the opener is supposed to flash rapidly and sync is complete. The system is a marantec. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What model of Marantec operator is it? Did they leave the Installation Manual? Are there any working remotes or do you just have the one? If you can answer a few of these questions we may be able to help you.
