My garage door won't open? What can I do?

I check the opener parts and all of them are ok.
I even loosen the chain sprocket and ooened the door manually all the way up through the rail. Then activated the ooener and it worked closing the door perfecrly. When I acti aged the opener again the door did not open. The chain seems try to close it again instead opening it. Rhanks for any help. It is a craftsmaster
