I opened the door several days ago accidently and then immediately tried to close it. The door moved up about two feet and stopped. Since then if I press the remote the control will click and nothing else happens. I replaced the capacitor and that did not work and I can't find a circuit board. As you can tell this is a DIY job. My distributor will not help because they say this model is not acceptable to their business policy. What do I do? Install another operator?

Did you try unplugging the operator & then plugging it back in? That will reset the operator.
    Does the wall button work?
If you replaced the capacitor then you should've seen the logic board inside the operator. The only problem is that Raynor discontinued the logic board a few years ago and they're no longer available.
