i just installed a light duty lift master 3900 for my rolling sheet door on my shop. Everything went smooth on the install.
Once I got to the programming, there's two buttons.
One to program height, the other to program where the door stops when closing.
The door operates flawlessly up and down while programming.
My issue is when I'm done, the next step is to open the door via the push button installed on the wall. This is when the door opens approximately 12" and stops every time.
I've reset and been thru the syeps multiple times with this same result.
Keep in mind I've used this door for years opening with the chain with ease. No issues.
Anyone have any ideas before I pay someone to come check it out?
