hello all, i realize this is an older unit, it had little use with virtually no wear on "metal" gears. i installed for mainly use of a material storage garage. now this garage is to be used for a car and would need to have a remote. my forum search suggested the 365lm to convert though the thread was several years old.. i am wondering if there exists a newer version that will work with my phone (only internet is on phone). i would like to add a camera to this garage and at the front door of the home. any thoughts ..thanks for your thoughts..
