    This is my first post, so be gentle with me.   Smile

    I have a one-piece door.  It is aluminum and a single-car garage size.

    I bought the Genie 7035-TKV from Amazon.  Buried in the description, it says "for use on residential sectional doors only".  Can I use this with my ONE-PIECE door?  If not, why not??  Amazon says it is not returnable.

    Thanks kindly for your consideration.
