New here and looked through forum and didn't see an answer to my question and wasn't sure where to post this, so appreciate any suggestions.
I have a overhead door company model 696CD that when I push the wall button or the remote the only thing that happens is that the light comes on and I can hear a click. prior to this it was acting up and when I would try to close it it would come down maybe 12 inches and then reverse. it would do this 2 or 3 times and then it would go down all the way. Not sure where to start looking at circuit board or something else. all wires are tight and safety sensors are operational....thanks for any suggestions
