    how difficult is it to change the gear and sprocket assembly on a pilot garage door opener. any schematics or assemblt instruction shhets

    Changing a gear assembly isn't too difficult but it's going to depend on your mechanical ability. Follow the included instructions, take your time to reinstall the parts properly and you should be done in 1 to 2 hours.

    I don't have a link to any instructions but there are instructions included with the replacement gear assembly.
